Is my gear made to order?

Yes. Our hats, tees, and gaiters are printed or embroidered to order by our production partners after you place your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing and delivery estimates are listed in our Shipping Policy. Tracking information is sent once your order ships. Shopping for Christmas? Order by Thu, Dec 10 for the best chance of arriving by Christmas (US standard shipping).

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?

We offer refunds for items that were sent incorrectly and for damaged or defective products. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Email info@asbuiltredline.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. See our full Refund Policy.
